PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) akan membuka gerai ke-55 di pusat perbelanjaan Festival Citylinks, Bandung, Jawa Barat.Demikian mengutip keterbukaan informasi yang diterbitkan BEI, Rabu (18/1). Pembukaan akan dilakukan Kamis (19/1) besok sebagai bagian dari ekspansi perseroan dalam retail space yang cukup besar di tahun 2012.

Kalau boleh saran pilih emiten dgn fundamental kuat baik utk trading maupun investasi. Atau ikuti rekomendasi dari sekuritas-sekuritas. Biasanya jitu kok, misalnya Trimegah utk 2012 merekomendasi PTBA, SMCB, ADRO, INDY, ACES, BBCA, BMRI, BBNI, BBRI, BWPT, INTP, LSIP, MAPI, SGRO, SMGR, UNTR. yang murah ada...mahal juga ada...Semoga bermanfaat :)

ACES anggarkan capex Rp 160 miliar di 2012 Sharedibaca sebanyak 236 kali0 KomentarJAKARTA. PT Ace Hardware Tbk (ACES) menganggarkan belanja modal alias capital expenditure (capex) 2012 mencapai Rp 160 miliar. "Kami menganggarkan antara Rp 150 miliar hingga Rp 160 miliar," kata Investor Relations ACES Imelda Widjaja saat dihubungi Kamis (5/1). Lebih lanjut Imelda bilang, dana belanja modal tersebut akan digunakan untuk pembukaan gerai-gerai baru yang melakoni bisnis distribusi peralatan rumah tangga ini. "Fokus penggunaan dana belanja modal tahun ini untuk pembangunan gerai-gerai baru," jelasnya.Angka capex tahun ini pun memang lebih tinggi 14,29% dibandingkan belanja modal tahun lalu yang hanyaRp 140 miliar. Dana capex itu akan berasal dari kas internal perusahaan yang merupakan keuntungan operasional ACES selama ini. Rencananya, akan ada 10-15 gerai baru dengan total luas toko sekitar 30.000-40.000 meter persegi yang akan dibangun tahun ini. Sampai Desember 2011, total nilai gerai ACES sendiri sebanyak 53 gerai.Pembukaan gerai-gerai baru ini, lanjut Imelda, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perseroan tahun 2012 yang ditargetkan tumbuh sekitar 25%. Sedangkan untuk pendapatan perseroan hingga akhir tahun 2011 sendiri masih dalam penghitungan perseroan. Sebagai gambaran, pada 2011 perseroan menargetkan pendapatan hingga Rp 2 triliun.

mumpung suhu lg onlen nih.. emiten yg sejenis dengan CSAP itu yg ane tau ACES doang kang.. kinerjanya sama2 bagus, tapi PER ACES tambah kesini tambah mahal sedangkan PER CSAP justru makin murah.. dan 1 kelebihan CSAP yg gak dimiliki ACES, yaitu sales CSAP yg selalu minimal 2 kali lipat dari jumlah assetnya.. kira2 harga wajar CSAP mnurut 3Q2011 brp kang?

Bandingkan dengan performa se-sektornya ACES (Ace Hardware) yang labanya hanya bertumbuh 50 % pada QIII 2011 ini dan harga sahamnya telah membentuk new high pd bln ini. Padahal PER ACES tercatat sebesar 25,5x dan PBV sebesar 5,3x. Bayangkan apabila CSAP bermain pada level PER dan PBV yang sama seperti ACES. Maka CSAP akan memiliki nilai wajar pada level Rp 1,000 – Rp 1,600,- / sahamnya. Untuk itulah saham CSAP masih sangat layak untuk dikoleksi hingga akhir tahun 2011. Dari sudut pandang technical, CSAP saat ini membentuk divergence positif dimana beberapa indicator akumulasi seperti MFI dan MACD terus bergerak naik meski harga saham cenderung sideways. Bollinger Band yang sudah menyempit pun kemungkinan besar akan mencapai klimaksnya dalam jangka pendek ini. Breakout pada level Rp 235,- akan menjadi trigger buy CSAP. Recommendation : BUY for INVEST.

ROTI mirip2 dgn ADMF-AMFG & ACES yg pergerakannya lbh byk ditentukan oleh BD2nya saja bkn market.. ini pendapat sy ya...

Economic uncertainty continues to curb a bigger recovery in steel demand, said producers of the material, which is often used as an indication for the state of the overall economy given its intensive use in the construction and manufacture sectors. Largest global steelmaker ArcelorMittal (MT) said it's been unable to raise steel prices and instead the average spot price for its materials will fall in the coming months. "We are hoping for more clarity and rising consumer demand in 2011," the company said, but in the meantime it's operating 18 of its European blast furnaces, compared with 25 from before the 2008 financial crisis. In the U.S. the company said six of its nine furnaces are down. ArcelorMittal plans to keep output at similar levels to the end of the year. Largest U.S. steelmaker by volume, United States Steel Corp. (X), echoed ArcelorMittal's comments and said its output will be lower on the quarter. "Our current order entry rates reflect the uncertain economic situation in North America and Europe," U.S. Steel CEO John Surma said, noting he expects lower shipments and production volumes to the end of the year having recently idled its Hamilton Works blast furnace. The company posted an unexpected net loss Tuesday. Global steel prices averaged $742 a metric ton in the third quarter of this year, up 21% from the same period last year but down 4% from the second quarter average, said U.K.-based consultancy MEPS International Ltd.
